Who should use Castrol Magnatec?

Suitable for engines built by most manufacturers from 1990. Castrol Magnatec is suitable for petrol, diesel, LPG or CNG cars, light commercial vehicles and 4WDs where API SM/CF or earlier specifications are recommended. It meets and exceeds API SM/CF, ACEA A3/B3 requirements. Castrol Magnatec can be used with conventional oils. However, for maximum protection, a complete change of oil is recommended.

Who should use Castrol Magnatec Diesel?

Suitable for naturally aspirated, turbocharged and inter-cooled turbo charged engines. Castrol Magnatec is suitable for diesel cars, light commercial vehicles and 4WDs requiring API CD, CF, ACEA A2/B2 or A3/B3. It is not recommended for heavy duty commercial vehicles.
